We can create a schedule for you with whatever level of information you’re willing or able to give us. Typically, however, the following is helpful in order to deliver a schedule to you as quickly as possible: project name, activity names, activity duration (in days or hours), activity start date, activity finish date, and any relationships between activities (e.g. Activity #2 immediately begins once Activity #1 has finished).

On-site visits are limited based on scheduler availability and geographic location. Please inquire at least one week beforehand. On-site visits are billed at a higher, hourly rate and must also cover all travel time/expenses.
That’s no problem! Most schedules can be successfully built and updated over email, but we offer phone and video conference capabilities if necessary as well.
